I have to say, I don’t think I would’ve been excited about the move – or specifically, this company… I firmly believe that how a potential employer shows us A LOT during the interview process…

Like their non-flexibility with the offer deadline (he had to be there by a certain date, right?)

Any their lack of concern in trying to beat a natural disaster by, oh, at LEAST a couple of hours (what if a personal health/family issue came up in the future? this lets us know that – uh – it wouldn’t matter.)

And to top it off – giving you guys responsibility for getting the plane ticket refunded?

Wow. No shame.

I still can’t believe they had you guys jumping thru all these hoops for an offer that wasn’t even solid yet?

You guys are so much smarter than that. I’d like to think this was a nice practice session, so that you can make your own calls instead of having someone else jerk you around.

Am I being too blunt here?

lol -sorry… I’ve seen enough in my day and in this business – to know a good offer when I see it.
