Ok, ok, not really.. but you have to admit… Kids say the darnedest things!!!
We were home, waiting for Daddy to get home so we could go out. The news was on, and what else is on, but talk about the Presidential Election. They were showing Senator Barack Obama’s most recent speech, and Monkey Do, just sitting comfortably in her Dora Chair, jumps up saying, “Mommy! Mommy! LOOK!!! He’s gonna be our next President!!!!” I just looked at her, and asked her what she said.. Sure enough.. I heard her right the first time… I just started laughing…
Next thing I know, Senator McCain comes on the tv, and Monkey Do tells me “He’s not, he’s just old.” I almost spit my water out on my computer… Oh that would not have been good!
She’s only 3!!! Do you think she’s telling the future??? That would be amazing!!! I might have to ask her what’s in store for us moving in the future… LOL
I so needed that laugh after my horrible afternoon… Thought I’d pass that funny on to you!
