I went for my first ever Hot Stone Massage today… It was my Mommy’s day present from Daddy & the girls… let me tell you.. it was A-MA-ZING! I definitely want to try to make it a habit… at least once a year would be nice! LOL..

So My Mother’s Day present from Daddy and the girls is a 90 minute Hot Stone Massage… I get to go and experience 90 minutes of blissful quiet. No screaming children, no markers all over their hands, clothes or faces, no fighting and bickering…. As much as I can really think how badly I need this… I also think about missing out on 120 minutes (including driving time) of hugs, kisses, super sweet “I love you, Mommy!”-s… I guess this goes back to the whole needing to take time out for yourself so you can be a better mommy.

I have been creating custom aromatherapy packs. The pack shell is made with 100% cotton material, and they are filled with rice which produces a moist heat. Or, place it in your freezer for a cold pack!
