I worked with customers as has my hubby, it's an important part of our society, but unfortunately one that often doesn't get enough training or proper hiring. I started at FedEx (courier) at IAH (training) then spent a couple of years at CXO (we worked out of a gas station parking lot and finally spent the bulk of my time at BUR (N.Hollywood/Burbank). The money was good but I had to sell my soul to Federal Express. You sure bring back memories.
