		<description>Wow!!! I&#039;m glad it got resolved after everything you went trhough. It seems lately you have to waste tons of time being on the phone to get things resolved. It&#039;d be faster and cheaper for companies just to do the right thing.
I hope you are enjoying your mac...I&#039;ve heard they are much better than microsoft.</description>

		<description>Glad that Apple finally helped you, it is so frustrating that customer service has seemingly dropped into an abyss.  I worked with customers as has my hubby, it&#039;s an important part of our society, but unfortunately one that often doesn&#039;t get enough training or proper hiring.

I worked at SMFRC for a couple of years. My dad worked at SMFA &amp; MHRA for over 20yrs combined... I helped out at SMFA when I was younger during the Christmas season.. Man I miss those days!!!</description>

I started at FedEx (courier) at IAH (training) then spent a couple of years at CXO (we worked out of a gas station parking lot and finally spent the bulk of my time at BUR (N.Hollywood/Burbank).  The money was good but I had to sell my soul to Federal Express.</description>
